These are the only domains operated by Arkstons Group and its affiliates.

Any other website or domain — including lookalike or misspelled variations, added or removed letters, additional hyphens or dots, alternative domain extensions (such as .net, .org, .info, .biz, .io, .group, .llc or any country extension), subdomains registered by third parties, and any domain incorporating “Arkstons”, “Oakcapita”, “MidMergers” or “Arkluxia” in any form — is not authorised by us and is never authorised by us. No such domain has any connection with, licence from, or authority to act for Arkstons Group or any of its affiliated entities. Do not rely on, respond to, contract with or send funds to any such domain unless its authenticity has been expressly confirmed by us in writing through one of the official domains listed above.

This also applies to any website or domain using generic, descriptive or industry terms — such as “advisory”, “capital”, “ventures”, “partners”, “group”, “investments”, “holdings”, “M&A” or “research” — whether alone or combined with our names. We have no connection with any such website, and we communicate only through the domains listed on this page.

Our primary email domain is @arkstons.vc, and the majority of our communications, including communications relating to Arkstons VC and Fund I, will originate from this domain. On occasion, you may receive legitimate communications from one of our other recognised Group domains, depending on the sender’s role, legal entity or business activity. These domains include @arkstons.co.uk, @arkstons.com and @oakcapita.com.

For Fund I, LP commitment and subscription processes are conducted through our authorised platform partner. Any related communication will be issued through our recognised Group channels and, where applicable, through the authorised platform. If you wish to verify any communication or obtain further information regarding Fund I, please contact invest@arkstons.vc using the contact details published on this website.

We never use generic or third-party mail services such as Gmail, Outlook.com, Yahoo, Hotmail, Proton or similar services for official business correspondence. Messages from such addresses do not come from Arkstons, even if they carry our name, logo, signature block, employee identity or office address.

These are the offices from which Arkstons Group’s advisory practice operates. Arkstons VC — Fund I, a series of Arkstons Global Ventures LP — is registered in Delaware, United States.

Any third party presenting these addresses as their own place of business, registering a company at them, or trading from them on a name similar to ours, is unauthorised and wholly unconnected with Arkstons Group. We have no association with, and accept no responsibility for, any person or entity doing so.

Arkstons VC does not request or accept LP commitments, capital calls, subscription documents, or any transfers via unofficial domains, personal bank accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, or messaging applications. LP commitments to Fund I are accepted only through our authorised platform partner and pursuant to executed fund documentation sent from an official @arkstons.vc email address.

The same applies to invoices and supplier payments. We never notify a change of bank account, payment instruction or remittance details by email alone, and we never ask a supplier, counterparty or portfolio company to redirect a payment at short notice. Any invoice, payment instruction or change of bank details purporting to come from Arkstons must be confirmed with us directly, using the contact details published on this page and not those contained in the message, before any funds are transferred.

If you receive any request relating to a commitment, capital call, or fund documentation that does not come from invest@arkstons.vc or our authorised platform partner, do not act on it. Please forward suspicious messages to invest@arkstons.vc including the full sender address and, where possible, the original message headers.

Arkstons VC does not conduct business, solicit investment or issue fund documentation through direct messages on WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, WeChat, Instagram, Facebook, X or any other messaging or social platform. Any group, channel, chat or profile claiming to be an Arkstons VC investor room, deal room or LP community is not operated by us.

Profiles, pages, advertisements and accounts using our name, logo, team photographs or employee identities are frequently created without our knowledge. Unless a profile is linked from one of the official domains listed on this page, treat it as unauthorised and report it to us.

Arkstons VC is a closed venture capital fund. We do not market investments to the general public, we do not offer guaranteed or fixed returns, and we do not issue tokens, coins, secondary “fund units”, trading accounts or savings products of any kind. Any such offer made in our name — however professional the documentation appears — is fraudulent.

We do not accept deposits to personal bank accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, payment apps or third-party intermediaries. Fund I commitments are processed exclusively through our authorised platform partner, following documentation issued from @arkstons.vc.

Arkstons never charges candidates a fee of any kind — for applications, interviews, training, equipment, visas, background checks or onboarding. We do not make job offers solely over messaging applications, and we do not request bank details, identity documents or payments before a formal, signed offer issued from an official Group email domain.

If you receive an Arkstons job offer, internship, analyst programme or “work from home” opportunity that involves any payment or an unofficial email domain, it is a scam. Please report it to us using the details below.

If you receive a suspicious communication claiming to be from Arkstons, please do not reply, click any links or send any funds. Forward it to invest@arkstons.vc including the full sender address and, where possible, the original message headers.

We also encourage you to report the matter to the relevant authority in your jurisdiction — for example Action Fraud in the United Kingdom, the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) in the United States, or your local police service. If you have already transferred funds, contact your bank immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arkstons Group and its affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees and agents accept no responsibility or liability of any kind — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), misrepresentation, statute or otherwise — for any website, domain, email, invoice, payment instruction, document, contract, social media account, messaging profile, advertisement or other communication originating from, or purporting to originate from, any unofficial or unauthorised source, and we do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from it. This exclusion covers all direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special and punitive loss, including loss of funds, deposits, fees, profits, business, opportunity, data or goodwill, however caused, and applies whether or not we have been notified of the impersonation or of the possibility of such loss.

No act, omission, delay or failure by us to identify, report, pursue or take action against any impersonation creates any duty of care, assumption of responsibility or liability on our part. Any dealings you enter into with an unauthorised party are entirely at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of any communication through the official domains and contact details published on this page before responding, contracting or transferring any funds.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability to the extent it cannot lawfully be excluded. Arkstons Group reserves all rights and remedies in respect of the misuse of its names, marks, domains, addresses and corporate identity.
